The Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dapat24 platform ("Platform") operated by dapat24 Sdn Bhd. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of this Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

Dapat24 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account with dapat24, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 21 years and above – dapat24 does not permit individuals below this age limit to register or use the platform.
• Is a valid Malaysian citizen or resident with verifiable identification.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognised gaming regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering in a representative capacity or on behalf of any other person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at dapat24. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Dapat24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of residence, and payment method details. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Dapat24 supports deposit and withdrawal methods through authorised Malaysian payment channels only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The account balance must exceed the requested withdrawal amount.
• All bonus wagering requirements (if any) must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is processed.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (unless otherwise specified).
• Dapat24 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

Dapat24 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated. For example, a bonus with a 5x WR means the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• One Account Per Bonus: Each promotion is eligible for use once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus for new members is available for the first deposit only and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Dapat24 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where bonus abuse is suspected, dapat24 reserves the right to investigate and suspend the relevant account while the investigation is ongoing.

All bets placed on dapat24 are subject to the following rules:

Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Badminton, E-Sports, etc.):

• The minimum bet is RM 5 per ticket. Maximum bet limits vary by league and market type.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• If a match is postponed, bets will be voided unless the match is replayed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.
• For in-play betting, the outcome of any market closed during the course of a match is final.
• Dapat24 reserves the right to reject, void, or limit any bet suspected of involving market manipulation or match-fixing.

Casino Games (Slots, Live Casino, Table Games):

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, the outcome recorded in the dapat24 system shall be final.
• The minimum bet for slots is RM 0.20 per spin. The minimum bet for live casino tables starts from RM 5.
• Winnings generated through exploitation of software bugs or technical vulnerabilities are void and cannot be withdrawn.

As a dapat24 account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password secure, unique, and strictly confidential.
• Enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by dapat24 for an added layer of security.
• Ensure that no other person uses your account – including family members.
• Notify dapat24 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that your registered personal information (phone number, email, bank account number) is accurate and up to date.

Dapat24 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account. That said, our 24/7 support team is always on hand to help you address any security concerns promptly.

Dapat24 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Misuse of the bonus system or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (an inactivity administration fee may apply).
• Requests by the relevant authorities.

In cases of suspension due to an investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no misconduct is confirmed, the balance will be fully reinstated. Members may close their own account at any time by contacting dapat24 customer support.

Dapat24 provides this platform "as is" and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Dapat24's liability to members is limited to:

• Verified legitimate winnings confirmed in accordance with the game rules.
• Deposit refunds in the event of a verified technical failure on dapat24's end.

Dapat24 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or unstable connections on the member's end.
• Unfavourable betting outcomes – betting is an inherently risky activity and losses are a natural part of the gaming experience.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you can deposit within a given period to keep your spending in check.
